Password Reset via Login
Click on the Forgot Password link and you will be taken to the Reset Password screen below.
Enter the email address you used to signed up with Token Generator and hit ‘Submit’.
You will then be sent an email with instructions and a link to reset your password. If you have not received the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder in case your email client has filtered it, and click ‘Resend’ to try again.
Once you are on the ‘Reset Password’ screen, enter your new password (minimum of 15 characters) in both the respective text boxes and click ‘Next’.
Now that your password has been reset, click on the ‘Login’ button to return to the account login screen.
Password Reset via Account Security
*** Note: Two-Factor Authentication MUST be enabled in order to reset your password via the Account Security screen.
Once you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication, enter your current as well as new password (twice) and click ‘Confirm’.
A verification code will be sent to your phone or Google Authenticator app, depending on your preferred authentication method. We are using the SMS authentication method here as an example. For SMS, click on the blue phone icon if you have not received it within 60 seconds. Enter the 6 digit verification code and click ‘Verify’. A notification will pop up if your password change is successful.
